The screen on your Cobalt 2 will remain dark for a few moments while the update completes, then the screen will come on and show the time/date screen. Once the file transfer is complete, RIGHT Click on the “BOOTLOADER” icon (on the left of your Explorer Window) and click “Eject” to safely eject the Cobalt 2 Computer. Transfer the S19 File to the “BOOTLOADER” by Drag and Drop. Look for “BOOTLOADER” it should be drive “D” or the next available drive letter. If you have an older version of Windows, you may get the “ Auto Play ” popup. Explore your PC using Windows Explorer. You will hear your PC make the “device connected” sound. Once the screen on your Cobalt 2 goes black, release the buttons. On your Cobalt 2 Dive Computer, press both the “ENTER BUTTON” and the “BACK BUTTON” simultaneously for at least 11 seconds, until the screen on your Cobalt 2 goes dark. I want to be sweating like crazy and feeling that ache in my body, KNOWING I got a good workout in and go on with my business. I love how it's only 25 minutes and the way I feel after the workout. I tried Insanity and enjoyed it but not as much as I enjoyed T25. I felt like I was doing alot more with Beta itself. But I'd have to say that Beta was the best. the only one I really liked doing was the Speed 3.0 though.
UGH, that core cardio in Beta really worked my ass I'll tell ya that much lol. I would be sooooo tired but my gosh did I feel great after it was done. I couldn't tell that I did until I saw my before and after photos. I did see results in my body, I got toned in areas. Shaun T knows that you're tired and will say but tells you to keep going.
It really does have awesome workout DVDs. Someone mentioned how he changes up the moves quickly.so true. He incorporates alot of moves that will make you get where you need to get to. Tanyas husband is in there as well and he would mess up too. And sometimes he couldn't keep up with the moves but did do a good job for the most part. He does mess up alot! Especially in the Core Speed workout! There is a squat thrust move where everyone else is going one way and he's going the other way,lol.
